Open your Blogger Dashboard, Then go to the Template and Click on the Edit HTML.

Then Find out this code.

Edit the Before of this Code and Click the SAVE button.

Then go Search Preferences

And Write something about your Blog on the Meta Tags Description.

Click on the Edit Button of Custom Page Not Found and Copy and Past This into It.

Please visit the <a href="your blog site address">your blog site name</a> & search for it.

Give the site Address like this:  http://www.tuthow.blogspot.com/ and then click on the SAVE button.

Click on the Edit Buttion of  Custom Redirects

And paste your blog post url into the 2 Text field.  

If your Blogger post url like this: 

You can easily use only this format:     for your work.

If your work finished, then Click on the SAVE button.

Edit the Custom robot.txt and copy paste this:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /search
Allow: /

Sitemap: http://your blog address/feeds/posts/default? orderby=UPDATED.

Click on the Edit button of the Custom robots header tags and make it like this one

Then click on the save button.

Finally finished the On-page SEO of your Blogger Blog.
